Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for using MemberCue. Please read them before you sign up.

What MemberCue is
MemberCue is a retention-operations tool for membership businesses. You import a CSV of member activity, MemberCue helps you spot members who have gone quiet, you review them each week, you reach out outside MemberCue, you record that you contacted them, and on a later import you can see who became active again.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done through your workspace. Keep your email address current — it is how you sign in and how we send security messages. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use MemberCue to break the law, to send unlawful or deceptive messages, to store data you do not have the right to hold, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other workspaces. We may suspend or end access for abuse, for a security risk, or where we are legally required to.
Your imported member data
The member and activity data you import stays yours. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and use it, for the accuracy of what you upload, and for how you contact those members. Only upload data you are entitled to process. Do not upload special-category data you do not need — MemberCue is not built to hold it.
No guarantee of recovery
MemberCue helps you run a consistent retention process; it does not cause members to return. A member becoming active again after you reached out is an observation, not proof that your outreach worked, and other reasons may explain it. We do not promise any particular recovery rate, retention improvement, or business result.
Availability and changes
We work to keep MemberCue available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service and we do not offer a service-level agreement. We may change, add to, or withdraw features, and we may need to take the service down for maintenance or security work.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are shown on our pricing page and are charged in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself refund a charge already made.
Free trial
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to begin. The trial includes the core workflow, with a limit on members and a total limit on AI drafts for the whole trial.
When the trial ends
If you do not subscribe, the workspace becomes read-only. Your data is retained and nothing is deleted, and subscribing at any time restores full access.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the workspace then becomes read-only with your data retained.
Refunds
Monthly plans: you may request a full refund within 2 days of a charge. Annual plans: you may request a full refund within 5 days of a charge. Outside those windows, payments are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where a charge was duplicated or incorrect. To request one, contact us with your workspace name and the charge date.
Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record
Lemon Squeezy processes payments as the Merchant of Record. That means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your purchase, handles the transaction and applicable taxes, and may independently handle refunds, chargebacks and payment disputes under its own terms. We do not control every decision Lemon Squeezy makes about a transaction.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using MemberCue and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will try to give you notice first.
Warranties and liability
MemberCue is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or the law changes. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page, and we will give reasonable notice in the product where the change is significant. Continuing to use MemberCue after a change means you accept the updated terms.
